ALLOCATION AND ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS
THIS MATTER having come on before the Court upon the Petition

of LYNN S. PADGETT, as Guardian of the property of MARY E. LOCKE, a ~
minor, for an order approving settlement and payment of attorneys' fees
and costs and allocation of the net proceeds of settlement, and the Court
having considered same, and the Court being fully advised in the prem-
ises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Petitioner, LYNN S.
PADGETT, be and is hereby authorized to accept settlement of the offer as
set forth in the Petition for Authorization to Accept,Settlement and A1- =
