FURTHER ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that in effecting a
settlement under this order, LYNN S. PADGETT, as Guardian of the property
of MARY E. LOCKE, a minor, has authority to execute any instruments that I
may be necessary in order to effectuate the settlement as contemplated ;
herein, and that further when same is executed, the instruments shall be {
a complete relief of the parties to the settlement.
