FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came before the Court in the Plaintiff's Motion
for Deficiency Judgment against the Defendant, EMMA L. CRANE.
A Judgment was rendered in this action on March 2, 1979 fore-
closing the Plaintiff's security agreement on certain personal =
property previously sold to the Defendant, EMMA L. CRANE. The ~
Judgment against the Defendant, EMMA L. CRANE, was for $6,143.42,
plus on March 26, 1979, this Court entered its Order Taxing
Costs and Assessing Attorney's Fees in the total amount of
$1,165.50. On April 10, 1979, the personal property was sold
at a judicial sale in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat.,
and the property was sold for $325.00. The costs expended
! by the Plaintiff in this action since the last Order of this

; Court assessing Court costs is $85.00, making the total amount
~ due and owing by the Defendant, EMMA L. CRANE, to the Plaintiff, ~
~ ~ HOAGIE, INC., $7,068.92. Therefore,

execution issue.
