E CASE NO. ?9-166 FR IN RE: The I~arriage of BARBARA WALTERS, Wife, ' :v and i ROBERT ~IALTERS, Husband. _ / FINAL JUDGbfENT DISSOLUTION OF ~iARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the lst day of ~day, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF biARRIAGE. The marriage between BARBAftA WALTERS and ROBERT WALTERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ; ~ E of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations f ~ ~ arising therefrom. ~ ; 2. The Stipulation heretofore filed in this cause is : incorporated herein and made a part of said Final Judgment. s 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, ha.rassing or annoying, the other. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~ parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as ~ ~ ~ may be proper. ~ n ~ DO?dE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~X~ day ~ ~ - ~ of May, 1979.
