DISSOLUTION OF ~iARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lst day of ~day, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF biARRIAGE. The marriage between BARBAftA
WALTERS and ROBERT WALTERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

E of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~ arising therefrom.

2. The Stipulation heretofore filed in this cause is :
incorporated herein and made a part of said Final Judgment.

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

enjoined and restrained from interfering with, ha.rassing or annoying,
the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
~

may be proper.
