Florida Corporation, having its principal place of business at 1111 South
6ayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, by and through its undersigned duly autho~ited
attorney, who being first duly sworn, says that pursuant to ARTICLE V OF THC
DECLARATtON OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS dated the 3rd day of September, 1975
and recorded in Officiai Record Book 243, at Page 2000, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, there are monthly assessments due for the follow-
ing periods: 1979 on the following described real property:
Lot 36, Block 2, VILLAS OF SANDPIPER BAY, UNIT TWO according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book l7 at Page 14 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which prope rty is owned by WALTER E. CRANE and EMMA L, CRANE, whose i~terest
in such real property is fee simple.
They further say that said assessments are delinquent and past due
since January 1S, 1979 and there is unpaid on same the sum of FOUR HUNDRED
FIFTEEN ($415.00) DOLLARS for which amount they hereby claim a lien on the
real property herein described.
