recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property ia located and
in which this Mortgaqe is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18, 19, 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Boirower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property. Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above de~cribed maater form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shaU be construed to mean the Propecty, Borrower~ Lender '
and the Note defined herein. Botrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Futur~ Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty yeara
fmm the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Bonower. Such Future Advances, with
interest ther~on, shall be eecur8d by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are 9ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness ~ecured by this Mort•
gage~ not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the ~ecurity of this Mortqage~ exceed
the or~inal amount of the Note plus US ~ NONE .
