SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing and a default judgment
having been entered against the Defendants, INDIAN RIVER
UTILITI~S, INC., a Florida corporation, and LOWELL LOHMAN
and TINA LOHMAN, his wife, and the Court having reviewed the
Affidavit of Indebtedness filed on behalf of the Plaintiff,
FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, and the Court finding that the
Defendant, INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES, INC, was primarily liable
to the Plaintiff on that promissory note dated August 1,
1974 and that the Defendants, CARL R. ASHTON and MARY JO
ASHTON, his wife, and LOWELL LOHMAN and TINA LOHMAN, his
wife, were secondarily liable as guarantors on said note, it
