THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on the 22nd
day of May, 1979, upon the Wife's Petition For Modification and the
Husband's Motion To Quash Notice Of Final Hearing, Motion For Custody
Study and Motiofi To Dismiss, and the Court having examined the Motions
and the Pleadings in the file, and having heard the argument of counsel,
and being othen~rise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
l. That the Husband's Motion To Quash Notice Of Final Hearing

; be, and is hereby ordered granted and the Notice Of Hearing filed by
i the Wife setting the Final Hearing on the Petition For Modification
s for May 22, 1979, be, and is hereby ordered quashed.

~ 2. The Motion For Custody Study filed by the Husband and

agreed to by the attorneys for the Husband and Wife, be, and is hereby
a ordered granted, and the Division of Family Services or the appropriate
~ divisicn of the Department of Health and Rehabilative Services, be,

~ and is hereby ordered to conduct a custody study of the homes of
~ CARL FRANCIS MORSE and BETTY JEAN MORSE as to whether custody of BRIAN
; A. t~lORSE should be granted to CARL FRANCIS MORSE or to BETTY JEAN
ti MORSE. The Division of Family Services, be, and is hereby further
~ ordered to study the home conditions in both of said homes and to

~ file said report with this Court and to furnish a copy of said report
