TiIE COURT, in the above styled case, having issved a Rule to Shaw
Cause to the Repondent based upon the Petitioner's allegation that
Respondent was in arrears in his payments for support as provided by
Order of this Court, and it now eppearing to the Conrt that the Respondent
has remitted to the Clerk all sums alleged to be due from him, plus
Court Costs, now, therefore, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Rule to Shor~ Cause heretofore issued
be and the same is hereby dismissed.
