IT APPFARING from the evidence before the Court thie March 30, 1977, that
CLARffidC8 EI~ENE BLOUNT has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as
required bq the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 31st day of August, 1977,
and is as of this date in arrears $1,609.50 including Court costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~ that for such failure he stands in contempt~of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter Qaying $82.67 a month com-
mencing April 30, 1979, of whi~h $40.00 will go to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services as ordered March 3, 1978, against current arrears due the
State of $330.00. Balance of $42.67 to be paid to Shirley Ann Blount. Payments
will be made to-the Clerk in cash, cashier's check or money order plus an additional
I $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee. When the balance of $330.d0 has been patd to the State,

k forwarded to Petitioner Shirley Ann Blount. If Respondent Clarence Eugene Blount

does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon

~ written affidavit of the Petitioner to serve sixty (60) days in the St. Lucie County
