Thie cauae came on for trial the 22nd day of May, 1979 and the Court
having given full conaideration to all the evidence, finds and determinea: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit: that the
relation of hueband and wife now exieta between the partiea; and that the marriage
between the parties ia irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ie thereupon
ORDiSRED AND AAIUDGED aa follows:
1. DISSOI~TTION OF MARRIAGB: The marriage between DpRIS PINETTE and RQGER
PINETTE be and the same is hereby diasolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonda of matrim~ny heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of RUGER PATRICK PINETTE, JR., minor child of the
partiea, is hereby awarded to DpRIS PINETTE with rea8onable righte of visitation
with notice ie reserved to RpGER PINETTB.
