TNIS CAUSE came on to be heard for Final Hearing and after a Default
having been regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court upon the Wife's ~
failure to answer or otherwise plead, and the Court having heard the testi-
mony of the Petitioner and his witness and being otherwise advised in the
premises, makes the following findings of fact:
1. The Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the subject matter.
2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken.
Wherefore, it is ORDERED Ar~D ADJUDGED that:
1. The marr.iage of the parties is dissolved and each spouse is restored
to the status of being single and unmarried.
2. The Wife's previous name is restored to: DONNA G BOGGESS.
