SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, the undersigned on or abOUt September 29~g 78
iSSUed a warrant agaitlst Gerald Hardman, et al, d/b/a Sea
Breeze, 118 S. 4th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on october 3, 19 78 , in o. R.
Book 295 , at Page 851 ; and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis-
fied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hereby,

pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy said

lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court note
