FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF riARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of May, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN

i A. ALOISI and REBECCA LYNN ALOISI be and the same is hereby dissolved,
i
' and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~
~ obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
~
~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
e
@ parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. REBECCA LYNN ALOISI be and she
~ is hereby authorized to assume her former name of REBECCA LYNN NEWTOt7
~
; and to use the same in all respects as if said Marriage had not
' intervened.

; 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders

~ as may be proper.
