FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLlTTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on the 22nd day of May,
1979, and the Cour~ having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation-
ship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and t~at
the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon, "
ORDERED AND ADJL'DGED as follows :
1. DISSOLUTIO:~ OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
ir1ARI0N JOYCE RA~'~DALL and JAMES RANDALL be and the same is hereby
; dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
;
` and from the obligations arising therefrom.

; 2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted the custody of the
~
s minor child of the marriage, KRISTI RANDALL, born October 21, 1971.

wit:1 reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband.
3. S UPPORT. Commencin g the ~~day of 1979, the
~ Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week
~ for the support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall

~ be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to

~
; the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the su~ of $2.00
~
~ as statutory costs to be added to each payment r_?ade to the Clerk.

3 All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
j 3oth of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

~ advised of their mailing and resi~ence addresses at all times while
~
~ this Order is in effect. In addition to the weekly support, the
