cal and dental expe~ises of the child, KRISTI RANDALL, as agreed
between the parties. The Husband shall be responsible for the pay-
ment of support until the minor child reaches the age of 18 years. ;

4. SPECIAL EQUITY. The Wife is hereby granted a special ~
equity in the amount of $7~000.00 in the marital residence of the
parties located at 2023 Hills Court, Fort Pierce, Florida. The ±
Husband is allowed 90 days from the date of this Final Judgment to

make arrangements for payment of the aforementioned $7,000.00. If,
at the end of 90 days, the Husband has not made arrange~ents for
pay~ent of the $7,000.00, this Final Judgment shall constitute a
common law judgment for the Wife against the Husband for that amount,
for which let execution issue.
5. ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband shall pay as reasonable
attorney's fees to the attorney for the Wife~ GILBERT, DORFMAN ~ ORR,
P.A.~ the amoum t of $250.00, no later than the ~day of ,
19 79 .
6. JURSIDICTIOII. Jurisdict ion of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
