hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and acp~eements contained in Utiform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Praperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herEin. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Boirower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boaower, Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE _
