TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER '
THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard on Petitioner's
motion for enforcerient of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of
riarriage and the Court having heard argument and being otherwise
fully advised of the nremises it is hereby ordered and adjudged: '
1. That the Respondent, JEROME JONES, is enjoined and ~
restrained from coming about, molesting, harming, or annoying the ~
Petitioner, PEARLETHA MAHAFFEY, and their daughter, NYSHANN
MAHAFFEY and is ordered and directed to remain away from the
former marital home located at 311 iJorth 13th Street, Ft. Pierce,
,
Florida.

~ 2. That the Sheriff of this County is directed to en-
° force the terms of this Order regarding Respondent being re-
~
~ strained; and should violation occur in the presence of that
~
~ officer, he is directed to take Respondent into custody and bring

~ him before the Court.

~ -3. This Order shall remain in fuil force and effect
~ until further Order of this Court.
