ORDER CONTINUINr CAUSE
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court for final
hearing on May 22, 1979, and the Court having heard the parties
hereto, having been advised of an agreement reached between the
varties and being otheYwise advised in the nremises £inds that
the Wife, ALTAMESE SMITH, believes that her marriaQe to the
Husband, POMPEY JOHN S'1I'L'H, is irretrievably broken whereas
the Husband, POMPEY JOHN S!~iITH, believes that it is notirretriev-
ably broken. However, both parties believe there to be a
likelihood that the marriac?e may be saved ~rovided the following
' agreement and stipulation is adhered to by the parties:

~ (a) The Husband shall immediately secure emnloyment
E and assume control of the family finances, taking care that all
~ bills are paid timely;
~
~ (b) The Husband and Wife shall jointly obtain counselling
~ .
~ from Raymond Bamble, a r,~arriage counselor whose offices are
F located at 915 East Ocean Boulevard, Suite 5, Stuart, Florida
~
~ (305--286-0234). The cost of such counselling shall be borne
~ by the ~usband;
~
~ (c) The Husband shall attend each and ever~ regularly

scheduled meetinR of a local chaater of Alcoholics P.nonvmous,
; beginning with the first Meeting following entry of this Order
y and shall othe nvise refrain from consumption of alcohol.

~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

~ 1. That the above cause be continued f.rom its presentlv
