THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before the
Court on the 4th day of May, 1979, upon the Wife's Petition
for Temporary Relief and the Court being otherwise advised in
the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
That the Husband, JEROME HORGER, is hereby restrained
from interfering with, harassing, molesting or annoying the
t~ife in any manner and that in the event the Husband does
interfer with, harass, molests or annoys his Wife, then the
Sheriff is directed to take him in custody without further

i notice or order of this Court and to have him appear before
~ this Court to show why he should not be held in Contempt.
