THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the llth day of May,
1979, upon the wife's Petition for Temporary Relief and after
hearing testimony and statements of counsel for each party, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that both the husband, JOHN WILLIAM
DURHAM, and the wife, ANN BEVERIDGE DURHAM, are hereby restrained
from interferring with~ harrassing, molesting or annoying the
other party or their families in any manner and that in the event
that said action shall occur, the Sheriff or his duly authorized
deputy is directed to take the offending party into custody without
further notice or order of this Court and to have him or her appear
' before this Court to show cause why he or she should not be held
~ in contempt.
