This cause came on to be heard upon the temporary relief i

; as contained in the Petition For Dissolution of Marriage filed ~

herein; and the Court having heard testimony of the respective ;

varties and upon stipulation of the oarties and uoon considera- ;
~ ;
tion of the evidence, it is thereupon
ORDERED A:'VD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the parties shall attempt to maintain the status ~
quo so far as their financial circuostances ~~ith the Husband
providing the funds necessary for the Wife to continue running ;
the house and household operations as she has done in the past
and that this shall include the TJife continuing to have posses-
, sion and continuin~ to use said credit cards as she has done ~
j normally in the nast without tnaking excessive charges and that
~ -
~ in the event the parties cannot maintain the status quo, the ~
~
~ Court will schedule a hearing upon motion of either partv to '
, ,
~ make a judicial determination. '
$ 2. That the Wife shall have exclusive possession of the ;
marital home and the Husband shall vacate said home within a ;
, ,
~ reasonable period of time and in the event the Husband fails ~
~
a
~ to vacate the marital home within a reasonable period of time, i
; ~
e unon motion of the Wife, the Court will schedule a hearing in ~
connection with this issue.
