COMPAIZY (formerly named Houston Texas Qas and Oil Corporation,
said name being herein called "Houston"), a Delaware corporation
(herein called the "Company"), party of the first part, 8II(~ BANKERS

"Trustee") under the respective Mortgages and Deeds of Trast, as
heretofore or hereafter amended, supplemented, r~stated and consoli-

tion, as co-trnstee nnder said respective Mortgages and Deeds of Trust
of Houston and of Coastal Transmission Corporation (merged into the
Company and herein called "Coastal"), as heretofore or hereafter
amended, supplemented, restated and consolidated (herein called the
"Florida Co-Truatee"), party of the third part (the Trustee and the
Florida Co-Trustee being herein together called the "Trnstees") ;

gage Pipe Line Bonds, namely, its 51/2~o Series due Jul~• 1, 197~

January 1, 1982 (herein called the "Bonds of the 1~82 Series"), its 6%
~ Series due l~'ovember 1, 1986 (herein called the `Bonds of the 198G
~ Series"), its 67/A Jo Series due August 1, 1987, its ~5/~% Series due
~ ~ January 1, 1990 and its 83/.~ Jo Series due March 1, 1991, under its
~ ~ Indenture, consisting of saici respecti~ e Mortgages and Deeds of Trust,
dated as of Januar~ 1, 1959, as heretofore amended, supplemented,
; restateci and consolidateci by certain Supplemental Indentures, dated
