thc receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, in order to secure the pay-
ment of the principal of, and interest (and preminm, if any) on, all
Bonds at any time issued and Outstanding under the Indenture, as
snpplemented, modified and altered by this Snpplemental Indentnre and
as the same may from time to time be fnrther supplemented or modified
hereafter according to their tenor and effect, and the performance and
observance of all the covenants and conditions in the Bonds and the -
Indentnre and herein contained, and to declare the terms and conditions
upon and subject to which the Bonds are, and are to be, secured, has
eaecuted and delivered this Supplemental Indentnre and doeF. hereby
ratify and confirm nnto the Trustees all property heretofore conveyed
to them under and by virtne of the Indentnre and hereby acknowledges
and confirms that it has granted, bargained, sold, warranted, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed, assigned, transferred, mortgaged, hypoth-
ecated, pledged, set over and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, warrant, alien, remise, release, convey, assign,
transfer, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, set over and confirm (a) unto
the Trustee, its successors in the trust and its and their assigns, forever,
and (b) as to all real property and tangible personal property in the
i State of Florida, unto the Trustees, their successors in the trust and
~ their assigns, forever, all premises, property, franchises and rights of
~ every kind and de~cription, real, personal and miged, tangible and
; intangible, now owned or, subject to the provisions of Article 13 of the
; Indenture, hereafter acquired by the Company, where~•er located, and
` including all and singular the following described properties :
