Home My WebLink About0908 s Withont in any manner limiting the generality of the deacription of surface leases, surface rights, rights-of-way, servitudes, easements, permits and grants set out in this Subdivision B, all of the snrface leases, snrface rights, rights-of-way, servitudes, easements, permits and grants identified, described, and tabulated in Exhibit "B" of Article 5 hereof, are hereby inclnded or sLall be deemed to be inclnded as form- ing a part of such description and in amplifioation thereof, to which instraments and references made therein reference is hereby made for a fnll and complete description of said surface leases, surface rights, rights-of-wap, servitades, easements, permits and grants, to the same extent and with the same effect as if said instrnments and references therein were set forth in fnll herein.
