(u) After the phrase "Pipe Line Syatem of Coastal, dnr-
ing the twelve Calendar Months neat preceding such date,"
the flrst time that pbrase appeara in such definition, delete
the comma and insert the following:
"(inclnding volnmea of natnral gas that wonld have been
delivered by the Pipe Line System of Coastal other than
natnral gas used by the Company in the operation of the
Pipe Line System of Coastal dnring the period of Jannary
1, 1977 to July 1, 1977, bnt which pursnant to emergency
arrangements made with the approval of the Federal
Power Commission or pnrsnant to mandate of the Presi-
dent of the IInited States or his designee under the terms
and provisions of the Emergency Natnral G}as Act of 19i7
were delivered, with the consent of the Transportation
Cnstomers, to other pipeline companies to alleviate emer-
gency gas conditions and for which volumes of natural
gas so delivered the Company received full compensation
from the Transportation Customers under the Transpor-
tation Agreements),"
! (iii) After the phrase "(ii) the greater of 90% of the total
~ volume of natural gas delivered bp the Pipe Line System of
i Houston to others than the Company and 90% of the total
i volume of natural gas delivered by the Pipe Line System of

f comma and the phrase "provided, however," and insert the
! following:
