Company or by the Pipe Line System of Coastal, as the ~ case may be, and provided, f urther,". i : , I (b) In the definition of the term "Date of Exhaustion of Avail- ? able Gas Supply", make the following changes : (i) In Subdivision (a) of such definition, after the phrase { "Pipe Line System of Honston or of Coastal and delivered to _ ! such Transportation Customer or to the Pipe Line System of Iiouston during the period of twelve Calendar Months next preceding such date of determination," delete the comma and insert the following : provided, however, that volnmes of natural gas owned ~ by such Transportation Customer and that would have ' been transported for its account through all or any part of the Pipeline System of Houston or of Coastal and ~ would have been delivered to such Transportation Cus- tomer or to the Pipe Line System of Houston dnring the ; period of January 1, 1977 to Jnly 1, 1977, but which pur- ~ suant to emergency arrangements made with the approval ` of the Federal Power Commission or pursuant to mandate ~ of the President of the IInited States or his designee under ~ the terms and provisions of the Emergency fiatural (~as , Act of 1977 were delivered, with the consent of such Trans- ~ portation Customer, to other pipeline companies to alIeviate emergency gas conditions and for which volnmes ~ of natural gas so delivered the Company received full compensation from such Transportation Customer under the applicable Transportation Agreement, shall neverthe- less be deemed to have been transported for such Trans- portation Customer's account throngh all or any part of the Pipe Line System of Honston or of Coastal and to ~ + 9i~C!
