(ii) In Subdivision (b) of such definition, after the phrase
"Pipeline Spstem of Houston during the period of twelve
Calendar 1lionths next preceding such date of determination",
delete the comma and insert the following:
provided, however, that the volnmes of natural gas
oa-ned by Transportation Customers and that would have
been transported for their respective accounts through all
or any psrt of the Pipe Line System and would have been
delivered to them or to tlie Pipe Line System of Houston
during the period of Januar} 1, 1977 to Jul} 1, 1977, but
which pursuant to emergency arrangements made witli the
approval of the Federal Power Commission or pursuant
to mandate of the President of the United States or }iis
designee under the terms and pro~zsions of the Emergenc~
~'aturat Gas Act of 1977 ~ere delivered, w-ith the consent
of the Transportation Customers, to other pipeline com- .
panies to alleviate emergenc~ gas conclitions and for W hici~
rolumes of natural gas so deli~ ered the Company receiveci
full compensation from the Transportation Customers
under the Transportation Agreements, sliall nerertheless
be deemed to ha~-e been transported for such Transporta-
tion Customers' respective accounts through all or anti-
part of the Yipe Line S~stem and to ha~•e bPen cielit~ered
to them or to the Pipe Line System of Houston;".
(c) In the definition of tl~e term "Date of Eshaustion of Firm
Gas Supp13-", make the follov? ing changes :
(i) In Subdivision (a) of such definition, after t}ie phrase
"(c) the effect of an3 applicabZe proration laws, re~ilations or
orders," insert "other than emergenc}• arran~ements made
w ith the approral of the Federal Pou•er Commission or pur-
suant to mandate of the I'resident of the United States or liis
designee under the terms and provisions of the Emergenc~
\atural Gas ~ct of 1977 during the period of Januar~~ 1, 1977
to July 1, 1977,".
