' (ii) In Subdivision (a) of such definition, after the phrase
"during the period of twelve Calendar Months next preceding
such date of determination," delete the comma and insert the
following :
provided, however, that volumes of natural gas owned
i by such Transportation Customer and that would have
been transported for its account through all or an}~ part of
( the Pipe Line System and would have been delivered to
such Transportation Customer or to the Pipe I.ine System
i of Houston during the period of January 1,1977 to July 1,
1977, but which pursuant to emergency arrangements
~ made with the approval of the Federal Pow er Commission
, or pursuant to mandate of the President of the United
~ States or his designee under the terms and provisions of
i the Emergency Natural Gas Act of 1977 were delivered,
~ with the consent of such Transportation Customer, to
other pip~line companies to alieviate emergency gas con-
ditions and for which ~~olumes of natural gas so delivered
; the Company received full compensation from such Trans-
~ portation Customer under the applicable Transportation
~ ~.greement, shall nevertheless be deemed to ha~ e been
+ transported for such Transportation Customer's account
~ throngh all or any part of the Pipe Line S~ stem and to
i have been delivered to such Transportation Customer or
~ ~ to the Pipe Line System of Houston;".
