(ii) After the phrase "(f) the effect of any applicable pro- ration law s, regulations or orders," insert "other than emer- gency arrangements made with the approval of the Federal Power Commission or pursuant to mandate of the President of the United States or his designee under the terms and pro- visions of the Emergency Natural Gas Act of 1977 during the period of January 1, 1977 to July I, 1977,". (e) In the definition of the term "Firm Gas Supply", as used with respect to any Transportation Customer, delete the period at the end thereof and insert the following: "(including that portion of the Available Gas Supply of such Transportation Customer ~~hich (a) such Transportation Cus- tomer had a right to produce for its own account or a contract I; right to purchase and receive, and (b) the Company would ? have been obligated to transport or cause to have been trans- = ported through all or any part of the Pipe Line S3 stem of ° Coastal and all or any part of the Pipe Line SS stem of Hous- ~ ton, or solely through all or any part of the Pipe Line System of Honston or all or any part of the Pipe Line System of Coastal, and deliver to or for the account o£ such Transporta- tion Customer as the owner thereof dnring the period of Jan- uary 1, 1977 to July 1, 1977, but which pursuant to emergenc}~ arrangements made with the approral of the Federal Power Commission or pursuant to mandate of the President of the ~ , _ °L~.30~ 91s . ~ . _ _ : - - - - ~ ~~~,~,r .~~s Z ~ - - - ~ ` ~ : ~i:~.~. .
