ARTICLE 2.

~2.01. Trustees accept the Trust and agree to perform the same.
The Trustees hereby accept the trust hereby declared and provided
and agree to perform the same upon the terms and conditions in the
Indenture set forth.
~2.02. Trz~,stees not responsible for talidity or su~"icie~~~ of S1~p-
plemental I»denture. The Trustee shall not be responsible in any
manner whatsoever for or in respect of the validity or sut~icienc~~ of
this Supplemental Indenture or the due execution tl~ereof b3• the Com-
pany or for or in respect of the recitals }~erein contained, all of which
recitals are made by the Company solely.
ARTICLE 3.
RATIFICATION AND CONFffi3fATION.
~3.01. Indeiature ratified nnd confirmed. The Indenture, as fur-
ther supplemented, modified and altered b~~ this Supplemental Inden-
ture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed b~ this Supplementai
Indenture; and the Indenture, as heretofore amended and supple-
mented, and this ~upplemental Indentvre shall be read, taken and
construed as one and the same instrument.

§4.01. Definitions i~i Indenture shull a~ply. Except as herein
otherv~ise expressly pro~•ided, all terms contained in this Supplemental
Indentnre wliich are defined in the Granting Clauses or Article 1 of the
Indenture, shall for all purposes hereof have the respective meanings
