upon being by me duly sworn did acknowledge and say that they are,
a Senior Vice President and Secretary, respectively, of Florida Gas
Transmission Company, appeared before me in my ~aid count}~ t~iis
day in person and severally acl~owledged to me tliat they, being
first thereunto duly authorized by said corporation, executecl, signed,
sealed with the corporate seal, and delivered the said instrument for
Florida Gas Transmission Company on this day as the free and
voluntary act and deed of said corporation and as their o~vn free and
voluntary act and deed, for the uses, purposes and considerations tliere-
in set forth; and that the seal affixed to said instrument is tlie corporate
seal of said corporation and that said insturment was executed, signecl,
sealeci and deli~ ered in bel?alf of said corporation by autliorit~~ of its
Board of Directors, and aclrnowledged said instrument to be the free i
act and deed of said corporation. '
