This cause having come ~ this day for hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Plaintiff's
complaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint,
and the Court having noted that due and legal service of process
has been had upon Ralph H. Patterson and Lola B. Patterson, his wife;
Causeway Lumber Company, Inc., successor by msrger to Alray Supply,
Inc., a Florida corporation; Eagle Finance Corp., and Personal
Thrift Plan, Inc., a Florida corporation; each of the defendants
herein; that answers have been filed herein by the defendants
