ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Wife's Motion
for Temporary Child Support on the 18th day~of May, 1979, and all
parties having appeared with Counsel; and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties and argument of Counsel and being otherwise
fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, JONN R. PRESTAGE,
shall, and he is hereby ordered to, pay $35.00 per week for the
support of two of the parties' three children; the third being self-
sufficient. Said child support shall comanence upon the date of this
Order and be payable weekly thereafter until further order of this
Court. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
and by him remitted promptly to the Wife, KATHRYN ELAINE PRESTAGE.

~ In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
~
~ costs to be added to each payment amde to the Clerk. All payments
~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
~
€ parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
,
~
~ mailing addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, on this
~ 2 day of May, 1979 .
