O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on by Stipulation of the parties and
the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of ERIC M. DENT, born August 21, 1964, WILLIAM M. DENT,
born October 8, 1965, and LISA V. DENT, born March 14, 1968, minor
children, the sum of $60.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for re-
ceiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin
on the 25th day of May, 1979, and thereafter on Friday of each and every
week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or
by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk
shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section,
II~ 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal

f to the State of Michigan as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D
~
~ case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health &
~
~
~
~ Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he
~
F will then forward all support to: Friend of the Court, County of Kent,
~
~ 301 Hall of Justice, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
~ This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
~
~ purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may
~
~ be deemed equitable.
