~ This cause came on to be heard unon the temporary relief ~

as contained in the Petition For Dissolution of *'Iarriage filed '
herein; and the Court havin~ heard testimony of the respective ;
parties and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised :
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED A.ND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. That the Wife shall custody of the minor child of the
parties, to-wit: A'VITA WILLIFnRi?, reserving unto the Husband
visitation with the child every Sunday afternoon at the [Jife's
mother's residence between the hourse of 1:00 p.m. and 3:~0 n.~.
; Said visitation to be solely at the residence and in the presence
~ of the Wife and the Wife's r.iother.

2. That the Husband is restrained from ~arassinF, annoyin~,

~ interfering with or from otherwise harming the TJife in any

manner whatsoever.

~ 3. That the Husband is restrained from removing the minor

~ child of the parties from the T~ife's mother's residence and the ;
~ Sheriff of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and all and singular the ;
~
~ Sheriffs of the State of Florida shall enforce this Court Order
~
~ without further order.

= 4. That the ~Jife shall deliver to the Husband the keys to
her automobile so that the Husband can repair said automobile
~

= and upon said automobile being repaired~ the Husband shall return
