5. That the Husband sha11 at his expense orovide for the

II birth of the coming child making all necessary financial ar-

~i rangements with the Wife's obstetrician, the pediatrician and
I~ the hospital to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of the child.

6. That the Husband shall pay to Che Wife as child supoort

and support for herself the amount of $50.00 per week co~unencing ?
!i the 28th day of May, 1979. Each pa}nnent shall be made to the f
; ~
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted to the Wife. In addition,~

there is assessed the sum of ~2.00 to be added to each suvvort
~
payment made by the Husband to pay for service charges of the ;

Clerk of the Circuit Court. All payments shall be made in cash, '
money order or cashier's check. Both of the narties are ordered
. ;
to keen the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and ~
' residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
7. That no award of ter~porary attorney's fees be made at
this time and the Court reserves the issue of fees until the
final decree.
