O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the
llth day of May, 1979, upon the Wife's Petition For Temporary
Relief, and the Court f inding that the Husband, LAWRENCE F.
HONCHELL, was served with process and that he personally appeared
before the Court without an attorney and did state in open Court
that he had not advised his attorney of the hearing and did not
wish for his attorney to be present, and the Court further finding
t~at the Wife was present at the hearing, tiie Ccur~ having neard
tze testimony of the Husband and Wife, and the Court also having

j heard expert testimony as to a reasonable temporary attorney's fees

~ and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it

~ is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

~ 1. That the Petition for Temporary Relief of the wife,
~
~ DEBRA A. HONCHELL, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it be,
~ and is hereby further ordered that the sole and exclusive use and
~
~ possession of the marital home located at 142 South Entrada Avenue,
~ Port Saint Lucie, Florida, be, and is hereby ordered awarded to the
~
Wife, DEBRA K. HONCHELL, and it be, and is hereby further ordered
~
~ that DEBRA K. HONCHELL is awarded temporary sole and exclusive use
` of the furnishings and other items located in said home and on or
n about the premises and DEBRA K. HONCHELL be, and is hereby ordered
