herein, and service of process by publication having been effected against ;

the natural father, Lamar Tuten, and said Lamar Tuten having faile~i to ~
respond to the petition, and it appearing to the Court that the netitioner, ~
BARON KARL TAYLOR, is a fit and proper per~:on to adopt the minor ~'-~1~ herein. ~
; sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of said child will be ~.ro- #

moted by the adoption, and said child is suitable for adoption by the petitioner,;

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ti~ereupon ,
