That the State of Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security is the legal
successor to the State of Florida Department of Commerce in the administration and enforce-
! ment of the Florida Linempleyment Compensation Law effective October 1, 1978, by virtue
~ of Chapter 201, Laws of Florida 1978.
