CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT~
TO
THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM

LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
In accordance with Chapter 718 of the Florida
Statutes, Article 8 of the Declaration of Condominium of
LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a condominium, and Article 13
of the Articles of Incorporation of LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not-for-profit under the
laws of the State of Florida, according to these documents
thereof as recorded in the O. R. Book 290, paqe 1627, et
seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

the Board of Directors of LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,
INC., and the owners of record of units in said condominium
duly entitled to vote, on the 24th of July, 1978, held a i

Special Joint Meeting upon due and required notice and at
said meeting, upon due and required motion, second an~l vote,
the Board of Directors of said Corporation and the owners of
'
~ record of such units duly entitled to vote did vote, by a

~ vote greater than two-thirds of the members of each aforesaid
~
~ group, to amend Paragraph 6 of Article V of the Articles of

~ Incorporation, which is Exhibit 2 of The Declaration of

~ Condominium, to read as set forth in the Amendment to the
~ Articles of Incorporation of LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,

~ INC., dated the 28th day of July, 1978, and certifiec~ by the

~ Secretary of State of Florida on the 30th day of March, 1979,

~ which certified Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation,
~ consisting of three pages, is attached to this Certificate
of Amendment of the Declaration of Condominium and labeled
~ Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein.
