In accordance with Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, and Article 13 of the Articles of Incorporation of LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not-for-profit under the laws of the State of Florida, according to the Articles of.Incorporation thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 290, page 1627, et seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on July 24, 1978, at 8:00 P.M., a special joint meeting of the members and Directors of said corporation was held upon due and required call and notice, at Lawnwood Medical Center, South 23rd Street, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida. All members and Directors were present except Drs. Robert P. Dimmett, Shaik A. Khuddus, Hooshang Hooshmand and Antonio V. Hernandez. Upon•due motion~and second, more than two-thirds of the members present at the meeting of the membership, at which a quorum was present, approved the following Amendment to Paragraph 6 of Article V of said Corporation's Articles of Incorporation. , ' f Immediately thereafter, the proposed amendment was f , ~ presented to the Board of Directors and such amendment was i ~ approved by more than two-thirds of the Directors present at ~ ~ the meeting of the Directors at which a quorum was present. ~ ~ Thereby, said Paragraph 6 of Article V of said Articles of Incorporation was amended so as to read when amended as follows: ~ ~ ~ 6. There shall be one person, with respect to each unit, ~ who shall be entitled to vote at any meeting of the ~ unit owners. Such person shall be known (and is ~ sometimes hereinafter referred to) as a voting member. = The owner shall be the voting member, but (i) if a ' unit is owned by other than, or more than, one person, ~ the owners of such unit shall designate one of them 3 as the voting member, or, (ii) in the case of a cor- ~ poration, partnership or other artificial entity as a ~ ~ unit owner, an officer or an employee thereof shall be R the voting member.
