The total number of votes of all voting members shall
be one Hundred, and each unit shall be entitled to a
number of votes equal to its percentage of ownership in
the common elements.
Any change in the Declaration of Condominium altering
the designation of units or the percentage of ownership
in the coinmori.elements, or both, shall without other or
further action automatically and correspondingly alter •
the designation or votes (or both) of such unit, and, •
shall likewise automatically alter this Paragraph and
~ the By-Laws so as to conform to the Declaration as-thus
amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
has caused this instrument to be signed by its President and
attested by its Secretary, and has caused its corporate seal
