PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed this 2nd day of Mp~r:-1: 1979,
between RITA MANGE, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
THOMAS L. EMMONS, Deceased, Party of the First Part; and MARIE
HOUGH, Party of the Second Part, whose address is 261 N.W. 110th
Street, Miami, Florida.
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of
the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida, dated May 1st, 1979,
and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS,
and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys, and confirms to
the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
PROPERTY:
Lot 19, Block 186, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 4, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
- recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 14 A, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all singular the tenements, hereidi-
taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, her heirs, and assigns, in the fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and
with the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about the sale of this
conveyance the Orders of the above-named Court and the Laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
