other valuable considerations receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged by these presents does grant, bargain and sell, remise,

• westerly line of Fernandina Ave., 90.4 feet to
a concrete monument, thence South 88°04'West 199.62
feet to a mangrove post on the original West line of
Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 12; thence South 11°O1'
East along the original West line of Lots 1 and 2 of
said Block 12, 83.5 feet to the South line of Lot 1
