Howe, et al. , Case No. 73-543-CA and that as '.J,,-.-ro ~ 1 ~ l~, part of the Receivor assets there was included the property ~ ~r legally described below and located at 353 Fernandina, ~ ~ ~ 1 Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; and ~ o WHEREAS the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.Lucie County, Florida has ordered in that same cause referred to above that the property described below be conveyed to Lucille M. Howe subject to that certain mortgage from Lucille M. Howe and Howard F. Howe to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the original principal amount of $28,000.00 executed December 10, 1966 and recorded on December 12,1966 in O.R.Book 161, on Page - F 258 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida. ~ NOW THEREFORE, this Indenture witnesseth, that said Receivor in order to carry into effect that said Order entered by Circuit Judge Dwight L. Geiger on January 30, 1979 in Case No. 73-543-CA in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.Lucie County, Florida for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto said second party Y forever all of the right, title, interest, claim. and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described a lot, parcel or piece of land situated, lying and being in the r.
