Beginning at a concrete monument at the
Southeast corner of Lot 1, of Block 12, Revised
Plat of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, as per plat
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29, St.Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records, run thence North 10 deg.
38 min. West along the westerly line of
Fernandina Avenue, 90.4 feet to a concrete monument;
thence South 88 deg.-4 min.West, 199.62 feet
to a mangrove post on the original west line of
Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 12; thence South 11
deg. -O1 min. East, along the original west line
of Lots la and 2 of said Block 12, 83.5 feet to the
South line of Lot 1 of Block 12 of aforesaid plat of
Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision; thence East, along
the south line of said Lot 1, 200.0 feet to the
point of beginning, including riparian rights.
Subject to that certain mortgage from Lucille M. Howe and
Howard F. Howe to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce in the origional amount of $28,000.00 executed
December 10, 1966 and recorded on December 12, 1966 in
O.R.Book 161, at Page 258 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lein, equity, and
claim whatsoever of the said first party either in law or in
equity to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
second party forever.
