ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENCE:
That I, DOROTHY E.HOWE as Personal Representative of
the Estate of Howard F.Howe,Deceased party of the first part
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and
other valuable consideration received from or on behalf of
LUCILLE M. HOWE ,party of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presence, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of
the second part without recourse all right, title and
interest in that certain Mortgage bearing the date of
September 15,1977 made by CLEVELAND STEVENS and ESTELLE
STEVENS in favor of SPITZ & DONOVAN,CPA, Court appointed
Receivor for the joint properties of Howard F.Howe,deceased and
recorded in Official Records Book 275, Page 1122 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida upon the
following described piece or parcel of land situate and
being in said County and State,to-wit:
Lot l,Block 1, less the South 5 feet and the
South 2 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, CLYDE KILLER'S
SUBDIVISION,as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 73,
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
Together with the Note or obligation described in said
Mortgage and monies due and to become due thereon with
interest from the 15th day of September, 1977 .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part their heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
