ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENCE:
That SPITZ & DONOVAN, CPA, Court appointed Receivor for
the joint properties of Howard F.Howe,Deceased party of the
first part in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars and other valuable consideration received from or on
behalf of DOROTHY E.HOWE, as personal representative of the
Estate of Howard F. Howe, Deceased ,party of the second
part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presence, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part without recourse all
right, title and interest in that certain Mortgage bearing
the date of April 5, 1977 made by MAURICE D. SNYDER, as Trustee in
favor of SPITZ & DONOVAN, CPA, Court appointed Receivor for
the joint properties of Howard F.Howe, Deceased and recorded
in Official Records Book 266, Page 2865of the Public Records
of St.Lucie County, Florida•~, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land situate and being in said County and
State,to-wit:
All of lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, AARON LEE'S MAP OF FORT
PIERCE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 189, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and all of that part of the
South 1/2 of Block B of said Plat which lies North
of Taylor Creek and South of said Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6,
less the Westerly 27.5 feet of said Lot 6, and less
the ~~esterly 27.5 feet of the South 1/2 of Block B, lying
North of Taylor Creek and South of said Lots 3,4,5, and G.
Together with the Note or obligation described in said
Mortgage and monies due and to become due thereon with
interest from the 5th day of April, 1977 .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part their heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
