ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENCE:
That SPITZ & DONOVAN, C4?A., Court appointed Receivor
for the Joint Properties of Howard F. Howe, Deceased, party -
of the first part in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars and other valuable consideration received from or on
behalf of DOROTHY E. HOWE, as personal representative of the
Estate of Howard F.Howe, Deceased, party of the second
party, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presence, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part without recourse, all
right, title and interest in that certain yortgage bearing
the date of September 15, 1977 made by T. SNOW in favor of
SPITZ & DONOVAN, CPA., Court appointed Receivor for the Joint
Properties of Howard F.Howe,Deceased and recorded in Official
Records Book 274, Page 1783 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or
parcel of land situate and being in said County and State,
to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, LINCOLN PARK NO. 2, St.
Lucie County, Florida,as recorded in Plat Book
3, Page 4, of the Public Records of St.Lucie
County,Florida, also described as Lots 5 and 6,
Block 1, Revised Subdivision of Lincoln Park, as
per plat thereof .on file in Plat Book 4, Page 77,
of the Public Records of St.Lucie.County,Florida.
Together with the Note or obligation described in said
Mortgage and monies due and to become due thereon with
interest from the 15th day of September, 1977. ,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part their heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
